To take advantage of the chaos and excitement that come with moving to a new place, be ready to go out on the town. Enjoy yourself to the fullest while unwinding and enjoying drinks at a rooftop bar. But don't let the stunning views of Marrakech distract you from getting to know your new traveling companions and getting ready for the thrilling journey that is about to begin.
Look out your window as you leave Marrakech and see how the city gives way to rocky highlands and terracotta villages. When you get to Tinghir, get off the boat and stroll through the palm groves as you discover Morocco's Mediterranean vegetation. then depart for Mars. I'm kidding. Step into Todra Gorge (it might as well be Mars, given how surreal everything around you will feel). Underneath sheer rock walls, drift off to sleep to the sounds of a bubbling river and the wind rustling the palm trees.
Explore the far-reaching, golden regions of the desert.
A warm welcome and mint tea await you at your accommodation beside the dunes.
To see the sky turn a beautiful shade of red, blue, and gold as the sun sets, mount your camel and ride it to the perfect spot above the dunes.
After that, enjoy dinner and a starry night of entertainment while relaxing by the campfire.
Let your imagination go wild as you listen to stories about the region and hear traditional music played on the drums. We challenge you to surpass this bonfire encounter.
Though we are sure you have fallen deeply in love with the desert way of life, it's time to say goodbye to your camel. Get up early to see the sunrise, and then take the Route of 1000 Kasbahs to Ait Ben Haddou, one of the most well-known and beautiful kasbahs and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Decide to explore the golden sand dunes' undulating further and take a 4x4 adventure around the adjacent communities in the morning. You can pre-book an additional excursion when you make your tour reservation.
Are you prepared to step it up? Pass via the Tizi n'Tichka pass (2260 m) and enter the breathtaking High Atlas Mountains before reaching Toubkal National Park. Admire the passing little towns from the windows and handle the curving roads like a pro. When you go to the small village of Imlil, where you will spend the night at a guesthouse, put on your hiking shoes. Savor the breathtaking surroundings, the excellent mountain air, and your proximity to the jagged mountain peaks. Remain relaxed at your mountain guesthouse following a delicious dinner prepared using local foods in the salon.
You will be picked up in the morning and driven to Marrakech, the "Red City," following breakfast at your Imlil lodging. Discover the numerous secrets of this old city by meandering around its lush gardens, wealthy houses, and maze-like alleyways. When the heat of the day gets to you, unwind at one of the many tea cafés on the busy square (great people watching assured). Think about exploring the ruins of El Badi Palace, seeing the spectacular Musée de Marrakech, or taking a leisurely stroll through the vast Jardins Majorelle, a forty-year-long botanical park. You can end the day like a local by having an optional group dinner at one of the well-known Djemaa el Fna food vendors.
Transfer to the airport depending on your fligh time. That’s the end of our memorable Morocco 7 day Tour.
