Tour Plan
Ourika Valley Day Trip departs from your hotel in Marrakech at 9:00 a.m. and travels to the Atlas Mountains. First, we take a short journey from Marrakech to the Atlas Mountains' foothills. Then we go to a Berber open market. Following that, we continue our journey along the Ourika Valley Morocco, passing through several mountain communities. We will halt at several beautiful views as we ascend the hills.
Following that, we halt in the village of Setti Fatma. Enjoy a short stroll to stunning waterfalls that are popular for swimming, as well as breathtaking views of the surrounding valley from the route.
Following the Setti Fatma climb, you will be able to observe how argan oil is manufactured in a local cooperative and snap photos at the magnificent vantage points where we will stop along the way. Explore the Ourika Valley and learn about the Berber culture.

First of all, thank you so much for this excursion to Ourika valley in the Atlas Mountains. I enjoyed it very much. Here is what I think of : honestly, it was captivating journey into the breathtaking landscapes and Berber culture of Morocco. Exploring the local villages allowed me to immerse myself in Berber traditions, from sampling traditional cuisine to learning about local crafts like rug weaving and pottery. Trekking through the picturesque trails provided opportunities to soak in the tranquility of nature and marvel at the majestic peaks towering above. As the day drew to a close, watching the sunset cast a golden glow over the valley was a truly magical moment, etching memories of Ourika’s natural splendor forever in my heart.

The trip was amazing; we enjoyed a wonderful walk in the mountains and a thorough history lesson from our guide, Moha, after touring a traditional pottery and a women’s organisation that produces argan oil and other remedies. My companion and I had a fantastic day. began with our tour guide Mustapha providing detailed instructions, having messaged the details the day before. The vehicle was very clean, comfortable, and equipped with wifi, charging outlets, air conditioning, and heating when it came at the scheduled time! The best transport we’ve used for a day trip! Our visits were educational and fascinating. The hike was quite difficult for me, but I managed with the assistance and encouragement of Mustapha and our hiking leader, who both had amazing views and surroundings. The hike’s conclusion included a delicious lunch by the river, which was a perfect time to unwind and take in the scenery. I heartily recommend this exercise!

Today, I reserved the trip to the Ourika Valley. Youssef carefully brought me up in the morning on his minibus. We started by going to the pot bakery. The Argan oil cooperative was our next stop on the road. Afterwards, pick up the neighbourhood walking guide for the waterfall hike. After the lovely stroll, enjoy a meal by the sea. It is very advised to make a reservation on this day because everything was handled perfectly. I’m grateful for this experience.
